You do not need to sell, follow up, or negotiate. Your role is limited to making the connection.
Download & Register
Download the Proptz app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Complete a simple registration process to create your account. No professional background or real estate experience is required.
Refer a Buyer or Investor
If you know someone planning to buy or invest in property, submit their basic details through the app. This includes name, contact details, and property interest (buy / invest). You are only required to make the introduction. No selling or convincing is expected from you.
Proptz Takes Over
Once the referral is submitted, the Proptz professional real estate team takes full responsibility for understanding the buyer's requirement, property shortlisting, site visits and developer coordination, negotiation and documentation, and deal closure. You are not required to participate in calls, meetings, or follow ups.
Track Progress Transparently
Every referral is digitally tracked inside the Proptz app. You can view current referral status, deal progress updates, and eligibility for referral earnings. This ensures complete transparency and removes dependency on verbal updates.
Referral Earnings Release
Once the property transaction is successfully completed and all conditions are met, your referral earning is released as per the defined referral terms. All payouts are system calculated, transparent, and process driven. There are no manual negotiations or informal commitments.
