Do I need a real estate license to use Proptz?
No license is needed. In the UAE, a license is required to act as a broker who sells or negotiates property. On Proptz, you are only making an introduction. The Proptz team, which holds all the required credentials, manages the actual transaction. Your role ends the moment you submit the referral.
How much can I earn from a referral?
It depends on the property value and the developer's payout structure for that project. Dubai properties typically start from AED 500,000 and go well above AED 250 million, so even a small referral percentage can mean a significant payout. The max amount for each project is visible inside the app before you refer anyone. There is no cap on how many referrals you can submit.
What happens after I submit a referral?
The Proptz sales team contacts the buyer, understands their requirements, and shortlists suitable Dubai projects. They arrange site visits, handle all developer communication, manage the paperwork, and close the deal. You are not required to attend any meetings or make any follow-up calls. You can track the status of every referral live inside the app.
When do I get paid?
Your payout is released after the buyer completes the purchase and the developer confirms the commission. The timeline varies by project and developer. Everything is tracked inside the app so you always know where your payout stands. The amount is system-calculated based on the project terms with no manual negotiations or deductions.
Is Proptz free to join?
Yes, completely free. There is no registration fee, no subscription, and no charges deducted from your side at any point.
Do I need to be in Dubai to use Proptz?
No. You can be anywhere in the world. The app is available on iOS and Android globally. What matters is that the person you refer is interested in buying property in Dubai. If you are based in India, the UK, or anywhere else and you know someone planning to invest in Dubai real estate, you can submit that referral and earn if the deal closes.
What if my referral does not end up buying?
Nothing happens to you. There is no penalty and no impact on your account. Proptz only pays on completed transactions—if a deal does not close, the payout simply does not get triggered. Your account stays active and you can keep submitting new referrals. There is no risk in referring someone and no limit on how many referrals you can have at one time.
What types of properties can I refer?

How is Proptz different from giving someone an agent's number?
When you give someone an agent's number informally, there is no record of your introduction. If the buyer contacts the agent later through another route, your referral is lost and you get nothing.
